Cali trip 2012

We went to California for the my step grandma 'Nana' memorial service, she passed away and the weekend after the 4th of July there was a celebration for her and her life. We drove down on Wed the 4th, we stopped in Barstow to check out the big train station and climb all over the trains.

We had a fun drive there.. I think Blake had a combination of car sickness and a bit of dehydration from being in the sun the day before we left, which the car sickness didn't help. So we got pretty good at making sure his throw up got in the bag and not all over him or anything else.  He seemed find when we got out to see the trains which was good but once we got back in the car it started again. We got him some medicine and was able to get to our hotel in Fresno with only one stop! He was such a trooper! Unfortunately he didn't feel 100% the whole trip but we were able to do a little each day!
